Dear Sponsor,

Thank you for taking the time and opportunity to be a part of our Night in Blue. The 13th Annual Policeman’s Ball, Night in Blue, will take place on February 9th, 2019. The Policeman’s Ball was started to recognize the hard work and efforts put forth by our men and women police officers and to give them a night among friends and family as appreciation for the job they do. The main theme of the night is always to recognize and honor our fallen brothers and sisters who have given their lives in service to their communities.

During our first ball we had 80 participants. The event was so successful we have continued to expand and last year we had 680 police officers and families attend, representing over 55 departments throughout the country. Officers with the Federal government, 8 states and the District of Columbia attended the event. This year we anticipate a turnout of approximately 700 officers, friends and family.

The Ball is sponsored by the Fraternal Order of Police® which helps to subsidize the cost. As the event continues to grow so does the expense. We are establishing the Night in Blue as a regular fundraiser for ANSWERING THE CALL 501C (3). We need your help to make this event a continued success. The FOP will be selling advertisements in the program and announcements. We are also looking for corporate sponsors to help defray the expenses of this important night and to help collect funds above actual costs to be donated to ANSWERING THE CALL, a 501C (3) charitable organization dedicated to helping first responders in their time of need. Last year through the help of raffles and the silent auction we were able to donate over $5,000 to our charity of choice.

• All proceeds above the expense of the event are donated to ANSWERING THE CALL 501C (3).
• All proceeds of the silent auction in their entirety are donated to ANSWERING THE CALL 501C (3).

This year we are looking to accept one Major Corporate Sponsor at the $10,000 or above donation level and other Co- Sponsors at the $5,000 or above donation level. The Major Corporate Sponsor will have their name added to the Night in Blue name for this year’s event, all other advertisements offered to other sponsors, as well as 10 tickets to the Night in Blue event. Any Co-Sponsors will have their name recognized with signage at the Night in Blue event, four Night in Blue tickets and all other advertisements offered to other sponsors.  All levels will be listed on our website and announced in on our Facebook.  Additional sponsorship ads are available in the following amounts:

Veteran—$2,500 – Veteran sponsorship includes a full-page ad in the Night in Blue Program and an advertisement in all related Night in Blue electronic newsletters.

Gold Shield—$1,200 – Gold Shield sponsorship includes a full-page ad in the Night in Blue Program.

Silver Shield—$500 – Silver Shield sponsorship includes a 1/2-page ad in the Night in Blue Program.
